Can I cancel my order?

The main aim of our company is to provide you with utmost services, even if it is the cancellation of an order. You just have to follow these simple guidelines given below:-

? Go to the My Account page

? Click on the tab- View Order History

? Click on the option- Cancel for the order you want to cancel

? You will now see a question- “Are you sure that you want to cancel?” just to confirm your cancellation

? Click on the tab- Cancel My Order

? Your order is cancelled

You will see the word- Cancelled in the status field and the option to cancel will become ‘grey’ in color.

After the cancellation of the order, you will get a merchandise credit in your account for the amount of the cancelled order.

You can also give us a call and we will do our best to help you to cancel your order.

Can I change my order?

It is our aim to deliver your order to you as early as possible. So, as soon as you submit your order, we begin the process to get it to you quickly. But we also give you the benefit of changing your order. You can do this easily by following these simple steps:-

? Cancel the existing order first

? A merchandise credit for the amount of the order will be applied to your account

? Edit the document from the tab- My Portfolio

? By using the merchandise credit, Reorder

Where’s my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can view it any time by these easy steps:-

? Click on the tab- My Account

? In case you are not already signed in, first sign in your account

? Go to the ‘Accounts Tools’ section and click on the option- View Order History

You can view all the orders to date.

In the column- Status, you can see if your order is still being processed or if it has been already shipped.

In your Order Status, if you see that your order has been shipped but has been delayed from the scheduled delivery time, contact to our Customer Support immediately.

How do I cancel my account?

The shipping cost depends on 3 basics things:-

Which carriers do you use?

We emphasize to provide our services all over India, even to its remote parts. For this, Overnite express is our logistics partner. But in those locations where its services are unavailable, we provide our services through other logistics carriers, even though their delivery cycles are a little longer.

The packaging of your product depends on numerous factors such as the product, it’s size and weight, your shipping address and the delivery speed required.

Once you place the order, the method of delivery, the estimated date of arrival and other details of tracking your order will be sent to you along with the confirmation email for the shipment.
